Need a protein powder for a morning shake. Are you able to recommend a brand that meets all requirements?

Would this be good with other AIP flours like tigernut, coconut, or cassava? I don’t have arrowroot on hand.
Sophie Van Tiggelen says
Hi Sarah!
I would not use tigernut or coconut flour as they are too grainy. You may use tapioca starch instead. – Sophie
