Where to find recipes for meal prep
The best recipes for meal prep and batch cooking are:
- Super simple ones, with few ingredients and few steps.
- One-pot/one-pan meals
- Dishes that reheat well such as casseroles and stews (they have more liquids, which is better when you reheat)
- Soups!
- Avoid seafood, which dries out too quickly when reheated later.
- Dishes with sauces (except guacamole which gets brown super fast due to oxidation).
