Easy Rustic Leek Gratin (AIP - Paleo - GAPS - SCD)

- 1 pound leeks, chopped
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
(13.5 fl oz) - 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

- 1 rectangular pyrex dish (6x9)
- Warm up the oven to 400° F.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour in a gratin dish and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
