10 AIP Appetizers for Your Tailgate Party

I was doing a little bit of internet searching the other day and ended up on this funny post about tailgate party etiquette. The read was quite entertaining until I read their suggestion #9: “Don’t expect anyone to accommodate your food allergies. The parking lot is a gluten-free-free zone.” Uh-oh!

Methinks it is best to be prepared and bring our own finger food and appetizers to the party! So I put together for you a list of my top 10 AIP appetizers so you won’t have to search all over for ideas. You are welcome!

It would be a good idea to pair these AIP-friendly appetizers with some AIP-friendly drinks! Check out this blog post to get my top 10 favorite AIP mocktail recipes!

And the party wouldn’t be complete without some fun party glassware and dinnerware (paper is fine too, especially if it’s colorful and seasonal). I like to stock up on partyware at TJMaxx. That’s where I find the best deals for everything kitchen-related.
