I’m most interested in your website and hope I haven’t forgotten and already requested to sign up for emails. I’m trying to stay away from my chronic sinitus and get chemicals out of my life! Thank you so much.
I just saw your pin, about tumeric gummies. I am having a total knee replacement in May.I have been emphatically told by many to stay on the strong meds, that i will be put on. I cringe at the thought. I don’t like to take any meds !! What is your opinion? However, I seriously want to make these for other issues that I have. Thank You
I am like you, I don’t like strong meds. But sometimes we have to use them as a support for a little while. Don’t see it as a defeat, but rather a tool you are using in your recovery. I would try to use the least possible amount of meds, but I wouldn’t let myself be in constant pain. You could also, in addition to your regular pain killers, seek more natural ways to manage pain, just like turmeric in this recipe. Good luck and I wish you the best for your surgery 🙂
I have been suffering for sometime now. Back and forth to doctors.
Inflammatory arthritis they are calling it. Want to try diet change. Your recipes look great.
We purchased your book and I want to support my wife by also going on the AIP plan as she has bee diagnosed with Hashimoto’s some years back.
I suffer from Gout and is a bit worried about the organ meats and other high purine foods liek the fish etc… Should I make any chages to the plan or should I not be concerened?
I can’t give you any special recommendations for your health condition. I am inviting you to ask the question to your doctor. Sorry I can’t be of more help! Wishing you all the best. – Sophie
