No nightshades? No problem! If you thought that the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol was hard, think again! This vibrant Nomato sauce will make you forget about tomatoes and peppers. Does it taste exactly like tomato sauce? No. But it is still a fantastic addition to your repertoire and you can apply it liberally to anything and everything you wish, especially meatballs, roasted vegetables, or meatloaf! Keep it in a jar in the refrigerator up to one week. Warm up as needed!

- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 20 seconds. Check seasoning and adjust salt to taste.
- Store in a glass container in the refrigerator and warm as needed before serving.
