Hello Indira,
I don’t know of a specific diet for osteoarthritis. Do you think that the AIP diet would be a possible fit, since it does reduce the overall inflammation in the body? I know of people who are doing the AIP diet for Rheumatoid Arthritis with success. Good luck.
