Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk (from a 13.5 fl oz can of coconut milk)

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, stemmed and quartered

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 TBSP gelatin powder (Great lakes, red can)

  • 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender for 30 seconds.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. The recipe will yield 1 big shake or 2 small ones.
